Our Beef

Just over three hundred acres of our ranch is dedicated to our beef cattle.  We have thirty head that consists of pure bred Romagnola and Angus crosses.  Our beef cattle are free to roam all this land, which is also certified organic pasture.  All of our beef are hormone and antibiotic free.  The result is a better tasting healthier cut of beef.
